Reason Why Oree Group Was Founded

Oree Group was founded based on the numerous bad experiences I had while dealing with Staffing & Recruitment Agencies. The resources reaching out to me knew nothing about Project Management. They didn't know the projects I would be managing, nor were they aware of the stakeholder environment I was potentially putting in. Long story short, they were fishing for candidates by trying to get the best candidate for the cheapest rate. Oree Group changes the experience for the client and the candidate. We do an entire project assessment before presenting the opportunity to our candidates. This assessment allows Oree Group to tailor a Project Manager for the projects they would be managing.
